Whilst we are working on finalising the conference programme please see an outline and highlights below to plan your time accordingly.
The pre-conference courses will begin at 1pm on Sunday 8 June 2025 at the Novotel London Wembley, more details can be found here and below. Registration for both courses is available through the conference registration site. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment, and take advantage of the early bird discount!
Later that evening there will be an informal social event where you can come and register for the conference, grab a drink and meet some fellow attendees.
The conference will begin at 9am on Monday 9 June with our first keynote speaker and will end at 4.30pm on Wednesday 11 June. Find out more below!
Monday will be our student and early career day, where we will have two career young sessions and plenty of opportunity to network.
Over the course of the conference we have two keynote speakers, three workshops, the regulatory town hall, HTA town hall, the popular poster session and 32 parallel sessions covering a range of topics: TED talks, study design, patient preference, HTA assessments, AI and ML, rare diseases, estimands, causal inference and more!
We will have a Monday night social starting at 8pm in close proximity to Wembley Stadium. This will include some food and drinks. Tuesday night will be our Gala Dinner (let us know if you would like a theme!) and is being held at Wembley Stadium – we will have a three-course meal and a band.
We aim to issue the final detailed program over the next weeks, so keep a look out on the website. Thank you for your continued patience!
