Overview
Do you want to develop non-technical skills to compliment your statistical knowledge? The PSI Book Club has a 4-session format (1-hour, monthly) for discussion concepts and ideas, and offers an opportunity to apply skills from the book in-between sessions.
The book for 2025 is The Art of Explanation by Ros Atkins.
Ros is BBC News' Analysis Editor and has presented and reported on the biggest stories around the world for twenty years. His ability to explain complex stories in a clear, concise and consumable way has led to him being dubbed the nation's 'Explainer-in-Chief'. This book comes highly recommended and promises to be superbly useful to statisticians at all stages of their career.
