Registration

Registration cancellation and modification

For cancellations received prior to Monday 5 May 2025, midnight GMT, deposits will be refunded less a 25% administrative charge. After this date, cancellations are non-refundable.

A handling fee of 40 GBP per registration will be charged for every registration modification from Monday 5 May 2025, including a name change.

Ticket Transfers

You may transfer your ticket to a colleague free of charge before the 5th May. Any transfers after this date will incur a 40 GBP admin charge.

Transferring a PSI Member ticket to a Non-Member will incur an additional fee. This fee reflects the inclusion of PSI membership for the Non-Member, valid through the end of the current calendar year.

Badges

If a badge is lost or forgotten onsite, please be advised that reprints will be subject to identity verification (passport, driving license or other recognised document) and an admin fee may be charged.

Our monthly webinar explores examples of innovative data visualisations relevant to our day to day work. Each month a new dataset is provided from a clinical trial or other relevant example, and participants are invited to submit a graphic that communicates interesting and relevant characteristics of the data.
