About PSI's DE&I Working Group

The PSI DE&I Working Group is a new initiative aimed at fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive community within PSI. Our mission is to create an environment where all members feel a sense of belonging and are empowered to contribute to the organisation's success.

Diversity, equity and inclusion are critical to PSI's mission and values. By embracing DE&I, we ensure that all voices are heard, and our community reflects the diverse perspectives and experiences of our members. Equity ensures that all members have access to the same opportunities, while inclusion fosters a sense of belonging and respect. Together, these principles help us build a stronger, more dynamic, and more equitable PSI Community.

What is DE&I?

  • Diversity - Acknowledging people's differences, such as in race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, disability..
  • Equity - Ensure everyone can access the same opportunities
  • Inclusion - Fostering a welcoming and supportive environment where employees can all have a sense of belonging.
