The registration fees for the conference are as follows.

All amounts are in GBP and exclude local VAT.
Registration for the full conference includes:
- A variety of plenary and parallel sessions.
- Breakout discussion sessions, workshops, a poster session and the annual general meeting
- Exciting, relevant and up to date presentations and sessions over the three days
- Ability to meet and engage with sponsors and exhibitors
- The chance to catch up and connect with colleagues
Evening social events on 14, 15 and 16 June are included in your full conference registration fee (subject to capacity). You must indicate attendance by adding these on to your registration.
- All refreshments including coffee breaks and lunches are also included in your registration
- Option to attend half day pre conference courses on Sunday afternoon (at an additional cost)
Please note that accommodation at selected hotels near the venue is available at an additional cost and must be booked separately using the relevant accommodation links.
* Please note, 2026 membership will not be effective until after the conference has taken place.
** PSI student membership must be in place to qualify for the One Day Registration - Student for Monday 15 June ONLY.
An auto-generated confirmation and payment receipt will be emailed on completion of the registration process.

Group Registration
For the 2026 PSI conference group booking discounts are available.
Kindly contact admin@psiweb.org to receive the relevant discount code to book your group.
Please note that the group registration discount can only be used for delegates paying for the Full Conference. Those entitled to other discounts, such as speakers, will not be eligible for the group discount.
**Discounts will be applied across all relevant items in the basket when registering. Please submit separate bookings if discounted and non-discounted registrations are required.**

Individual discounts
For the 2026 PSI conference there are individual discounts available based on contribution to the programme. This is mainly for speakers, regulators, honorary members, prize winners, Scientific committee members and the Board of directors. These discounts cannot be used in conjunction with group discounts.
Kindly contact admin@psiweb.org to receive the relevant discount code, if applicable, to book your registration. All requests for discount must be approved by the conference chair.
