Overview
The next book we are reading is "Dare to Lead" by Brené Brown. Based on research conducted with leaders, change makers and culture shifters, this book shows how to put those ideas to "dare greatly, rise strong and brave the wilderness" into practice so we can set up and lead.
Contrary to the title, this is not your typical leadership book but it aims to help on your journey of personal-empowerment. It asks the question: What is courage actually and can it be learned, or do we have to be born with it? This book is fit for every career stage, form junior statisticians to the senior leadership team.
We are also looking for facilitators who will be leading the discussion groups. Facilitators will be provided guidance on how to run the group discussions and there will be a Q&A session at the beginning for any questions that may arise. Make sure to indicate on the registration form if you are interested!
