Biography

Robedit
Robert Donnelly

Rob is currently Commercial Manager at Plus-Project where he provides strategic leadership in recruitment, business development and marketing.

Prior to this, he worked specifically within Biometrics recruitment in the City of London.

Rob is a bit of a humbug and makes a point of avoiding all Christmas-related music until at least the 20th December. He is also dismayed at Mince Pies being available from his local Sainsbury’s early in October.

Pauledit
Paul Terrill

Paul started his career working as a statistician in the agrochemical industry before becoming a statistical trainer for SAS. He moved into the pharmaceutical industry in 2005 and worked for several CROs before becoming an independent consultant in 2020. Paul primarily provides support to biotech and small pharmaceutical companies who lack in-house statistical expertise.

Paul is always happy to receive some lego as a Christmas present, and often does!

Aimeeedit
Aimee Weston

Aimee has an extensive background in sales and recruitment. She moved to Warman O’Brien in March 2020, to specialise in biometrics recruitment, which has always been an area of interest to her. She is currently a Principal Consultant, working purely with statisticians, offering market advice and opportunities within top pharma’s, biotech’s and CRO’s.

Aimee enjoys creating relationships with her clients and candidates, offering a friendly platform to come for all that is recruitment in the pharma world!

At Christmas, Aimee loves the social aspect of seeing friends and family and has been known in the past to join the ‘pram race’ in her hometown of Windlesham on Boxing Day!

Laraedit
Lara Wolfson

Lara J. Wolfson is Executive Director and Head, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Statistics in the Biostatistics and Research Decision Sciences (BARDS) organization at MSD Switzerland. Lara has authored more than 70 peer-reviewed journal articles, and currently chairs the HTA European Special Interest Group of the PSI (a professional organization for Statisticians in the Pharmaceutical Industry).

Lara currently lives in the Greater Zurich Area with her husband, twin sons, and a cat named Hokey Pokey.

While at Uni, Lara managed a seasonal Christmas store, so she knows how to professionally light and decorate 8 feet trees!
