The event will take place at GSK House, Brentford.
Lunch will be served from 12:00pm at the venue (see link to map below).
Exhibitors, please report to the PSI registration desk in the reception area of GSK House for registration and set-up from 10:30am. All stand set-up must be complete by 2:00pm.
Students, please report to the PSI registration desk in the reception area of GSK House to receive your pass and complimentary bag from 12:00pm. Please arrive before the talks begin at 1:00pm.
If you plan to arrive to Brentford earlier than 12:00pm please do not come directly to the event venue as registration will not be open. Please feel free to explore the local area whilst you wait.

Visitor parking at GSK House is only available for exhibitors that have confirmed this with PSI as part of their registration. If you have not pre-booked parking then you will not be accepted to park on-site at GSK House by security and will need to find alternative parking arrangements nearby.
No parking for students is available in the visitor car park above. Please use other local parking. Please keep your receipts for any parking charges related to the event as we will try and reimburse this as part of your travel expenses where possible.
Should you need to courier any material for the event please deliver to "FAO Mail room (PSI Careers Fair Event, 7/12/22 - AS4 South Suite" (same address as above) no earlier than the day prior to the event (6th December). Please collect your material from the mail room on the morning of the event.
Material should be returned to the mail room for collection after the event closes (again from the same address as above). Items can be collected by couriers the following day, but exhibitors should move items into the mail room before leaving on the 7th December and items should be ready to be shipped.
Please note that some parts of the event will be captured by photographs and video footage for promotional purposes for use on PSI social media platforms.
If any of your company volunteers do not want to be included in any of the photographs / video footage then please notify Emma Crawford in person on the day of the event.
