Mentors and mentees will be matched based on experience\, personal goals and the sector they work in (unless otherwise requested) so you can be assured that we will aim to tailor the experience to your needs. \;\nKey details\nThe PSI mentoring programme is aimed at:\na) \;Members looking to further their careers by expand ing their network and learning from more senior colleagues in the industry by having a mentor and\nb) \;Members who are looking to improve their leadership skills and help guide junior colleagues in the industry by men toring others.\n\n Mentors and mentees will be matched based on experie nce\, personal goals and the sector they work in (unless otherwise request ed).\n An ice breaker session will be held at the beginning of the prog ramme so that all mentors and mentees will have an opportunity to meet eac h other and gauge the chemistry between matches.\n We suggest that each pair of mentors and mentees meet a minimum of once a month but it will be up to them to create their own meeting schedule.\n Each pair will be p aired for at least 6 months after which they are free to continue to meet outside of the programme.\n\nAdditional guidance about the content of the sessions and how to make the most out of each meeting will be provided at a later date.
