There is also a quarterly Career Young Virtual Mee t where you can meet with new starters in the industry.\nKey details\nThe PSI Mentoring Scheme is aimed at:\na) Members looking to further their car eers by expanding their network and learning from more senior colleagues i n the industry by having a mentor.\nb) Members who are looking to improve their leadership skills and help guide junior colleagues in the industry b y mentoring others. \;\n\n Mentors and mentees will be matched base d on experience\, personal goals and the sector they work in (unless other wise requested). Welcome sessions will be held at the beginning of the Sch eme to kick things off and provide guidance about the content of the sessi ons and how to make the most out of each meeting to both mentors and mente es.\n This will be followed by an initial meeting between each mentor/m entee pairing so that all mentors and mentees will have an opportunity to meet each other and gauge the chemistry between matches.\n We suggest t hat each pair of mentors and mentees meet a minimum of once a month but it will be up to them to create their own meeting schedule.
