DESCRIPTION:Date:&nbsp\;10th December 2019\nTime: 14:00 - 15:30\nSpeakers:&
 nbsp\;PSI/EFSPI SIG Quantitative Decision-Making members:\n\n\n\n\n    Pie
 rre Colin (Sanofi)\n    Juan Abellan (GSK)\n    Ga&euml\;lle Saint-Hilary
 (Servier)\n\nQuantitative methods to support decision-making in clinical d
 rug development already exist\, but may be unknown or unused by pharmaceut
 ical companies. We performed a survey among pharmaceutical companies\, tar
 geting people with different profiles (statisticians\, non-statisticians a
 nd decision-makers) working at different stages of the clinical developmen
 t (study level\, development level or portfolio level). This survey allowe
 d us to analyze which quantitative methods are known\, which quantitative
 methods are used (or not)\, what benefit is expected from this kind of met
 hods\, and what are the needs for a larger use of quantitative methods to
 support decision-making. It permitted to understand the gaps and some of t
 he issues associated to the use of such methods in drug development. The w
 ebinars are intended to share the learnings from the survey and to promote
  different quantitative methods for decision-making.\nRegistration:&nbsp\;
